Director's Report - Wes Broadnax
The Trombone Reunion is scheduled for the Sunday of the Spring Alumni Band Reunion on April 7. Also discussed the possibility of performing "American Trilogy", with Jeff Kressler conducting, at the Spring Reunion. Wes will work with John Whitwell to determine the conductors for the performance. He will also talk with John Whitwell about the possibility of scheduling the Fall Alumni Band Day for September 7, 2002.

President's Report - Bill Monroe
The board decided to not be responsible for football tickets for the Fall Reunion; that individuals will instead contact the Athletic Ticket Office. This change will be explained in the June 2002 issue of the Encore.
Executive Secretary's Report - Beryl Falcone
Past President’s Report - Gordon Spink
Gordon Spink was not present at the meeting so there was no report.
Old Business
Henry Nelson reported that the Alumni Brass played at six games during winter break.
New Business
The Board decided that Marching Band rings will not be sold by the Alumni Band Association.
Spring Reunion discussion was almost completed earlier during the meeting - see the Director’s Report. The only additional discussion resulted in Beryl indicating she would contact the catering service.
The next board meeting is scheduled for March 17 at 2pm at Buddies in Okemos.
